What are the maintenance and care measures for shoe upper machine

Regular cleaning is an important basic measure for the maintenance of Shoe Upper Machine. During the production of uppers, the equipment will produce a large amount of debris, dust and fiber residues. If these impurities are not removed in time, they are easy to accumulate in key parts such as feeding tracks, sewing needle seats, electronic control systems and cooling vents, which will significantly reduce the operating efficiency of the equipment and even cause failures. Therefore, the operator should carry out comprehensive cleaning work after the end of daily production, especially for precision parts such as sewing needles, presser feet, feeding devices and pneumatic valves, to prevent poor movement or positioning errors caused by the accumulation of debris.

The maintenance of the lubrication system is crucial to the stability of equipment operation. The core components of Shoe Upper Machine, such as gear sets, bearings, guide rails and lifting mechanisms, are prone to metal friction and heat accumulation under high-frequency movement. Lack of sufficient lubrication will aggravate wear and may even cause equipment damage. Therefore, enterprises should reasonably formulate lubrication cycles according to the frequency of use and production intensity of the equipment, select special lubricants or greases that meet the standards, and add them strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance specifications to ensure that the lubrication parts are in the best condition and avoid dry grinding. Especially in high temperature or humid environment, the deterioration of lubricating oil is particularly prominent, and it needs to be checked regularly and replaced in time to maintain good lubrication effect.

The electronic control system is a key component for the intelligent and automated operation of Shoe Upper Machine, covering the main control board, motor driver, touch panel and sensor module. In order to prevent the electronic control components from being affected by moisture, dust or voltage fluctuations, it is particularly important to clean and inspect the electrical cabinet regularly. The operator needs to carefully check whether the terminal is stable, the cable is intact, and the voltage is stable. At the same time, it is recommended to equip a voltage stabilized power supply or an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system, especially when operating in an area with unstable voltage, to effectively protect the electronic control system and avoid damage caused by sudden power outages or current shocks.
